The Bush Bill of Rights

1. The right to be a member of a government approved church shall not be abridged. The right to keep silent and to not criticize the government shall not be abridged. The right of people to not assemble in public or private shall not be abridged.

2. The right to not possess any weapon of any kind shall not be abridged.

3. The right to quarter soldiers in time of peace and war shall not be abridged.

4. The right to be search with no warrant and no probable cause shall not be abridged.

5. The right to be charged with any crimes without the indictment of a grand jury shall not be abridged. The right to be tried more than once for the same crime shall not be abridged. The right to be compelled to testify against oneself shall not be abridged. The right to be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law shall not be abridged. The right to have one's property taken for public use shall not be abridged.

6. The right to not have a speedy or public trial in the state of the offense shall not abe abridged. The right to not be informed of the complaint and to not confront witness shall not be abridged. The right to not have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses shall not be abridged. The right to not have assistance of counsel shall not be abridged.

7. The right to not have a trial by jury for any complaint or crime shall not be abridged. The right to not have a judgment reviewed by another court shall not be abridged.

8. The right to not be allowed bail shall not be abridged. The right to be fined excessively shall not be abridged. The right to be given unusual and cruel punishment shall not be abridged.

9. The enumeration of certain rights shall be construed to deny or disparage the people of all imagined rights.

10. All powers not delegated to the United States shall be delegated to the United States retroactively.
