Texas Engineer calls into the Alex Jones show and discusses with Richard Gage elements of the steel construction of Building 7. Some excellent photos of steel construction are in this short video.
Derek, a mechanical engineer familiar with aspects surrounding steel welds, states: “Engineers have an ethical responsibility to protect public health and safety. If we designed building 7 wrong, shouldn’t we get many opinions on where we went wrong…so we don’t have more buildings falling at freefall speed from office fire?”
Derek points out that NIST has not been forthcoming with sharing building 7 construction contract documents with the public, and therefore blocking an independent Finite Element Method survey, which will solve many many mysteries which lie therein.

Local Fox News covers Building 7 early: More proof that news of WTC7’s collapse hit the news wire prior to its collapse putting out the cover story of ’structural damage’ before that could be assessed; but why would anyone expect the building to fall when it was not hit by a plane or otherwise expected to collapse?

British TV attempts to summarize case for 9/11 truth
The UK's Independent Television News dedicated a short segment of a Monday broadcast to
briefly explaining several core tent poles of the 9/11 truth movement.
"With new figures showing almost 150 million Web pages devoted to 9/11 conspiracies,
here are the big three so-called plot holes in the official version," announced a
narrator.
"One theory is that the collapse of both the twin towers was caused not by the impact
of the planes and subsequent fires, but by controlled demolitions. Theorists point to the
uniform crumbling of individual floors in each tower."
The narrator also mentioned a more obscure 9/11 theory: that the planes which hit the WTC
towers had 'shaped charge warheads' in their nosecones.
Perhaps the most widely discussed theory, that there was no plane crash at the Pentagon,
is also mentioned, with evidence cited as the lack of debris and the small impact hole.
The program also mentions that the FBI has refused to release video footage of the object
impacting the Pentagon, but failed to disclose how many cameras captured it.
Specifically, the FBI confiscated 85
video tapes which may contain footage of the attack.
The program also outlines questions about the alleged crash in Shanksville, PA., citing
eyewitness reports of debris raining down across a wide area, as if the aircraft had been
shot down by a missile.
Strangely absent was any attempt to summarize questions surrounding the collapse of World
Trade Center 7: a highly significant event to 9/11 truth activists, still
rife with questions even after the recent National Institute of Standards and

Jesse Ventura, the former Minnesota governor and professional wrestler, accompanied a state senator to Arizona’s 9/11 Memorial on Thursday to press his claims that the government isn’t telling the truth about the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.“I think it’s growing and growing with the population that more and more of us are questioning what happened that day, and we’re also looking to find out if the truth was withheld from us,” Ventura said. “And the more you study it, the more difficult for me it becomes to believe what my government told me.”
A handful of people were at the memorial as Ventura spoke, some to support him and others simply marking the seventh anniversary of the attacks. Ventura was also in the Valley to give a speech and attend a book-signing event.
State Sen. Karen Johnson, R-Mesa, said she invited Ventura for the seventh anniversary of the attacks after reading his new book, “Don’t Start the Revolution Without Me!”
In the book, Ventura says he doesn’t know exactly what happened on Sept. 11, 2001, but he believes the American people haven’t been told the truth.
Johnson said she shares Ventura’s doubts.
“I knew that he had spoken out in the past on feelings of wanting to get to the bottom of what happened on 9/11, and I’ve been involved in this 9/11 for Truth movement here in the Phoenix area and Arizona for some time now and have some very strong feelings about wanting to get a truly independent investigation going.”
Ventura said he finds it absurd that the United States entered into two wars since 9/11 but has yet to charge Osama bin Laden with the attacks.
“The government’s theory is that 19 Islamic terrorists armed with box cutters defeated our multibillion-dollar air defense system, all while conspiring with a bearded guy in a cave in Afghanistan,” Ventura said. “I find that far-fetched.”

Ventura Regrets Not Being More Skeptical Over 9/11
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Jesse Ventura says he regrets not asking more questions about the 9/11
attacks when he was still governor of Minnesota.
Ventura tells the nationally syndicated radio host Alex Jones that his skepticism about the official version of events would have then carried more weight.
Among many other things, Ventura questions how the Twin Towers could have fallen so fast and in such a way as to turn so much of the wreckage into dust.
He also says that after watching the Twin Towers collapse in slow motion, it appears to him exactly like the controlled demolition of a Las Vegas hotel.
Ventura spoke on Jones' program on Wednesday. Ventura was elected as an independent in 1998 and left office in 2003 after deciding not to seek re-election.
Jones frequently questions the events surrounding 9/11 and often discusses conspiracies on his radio show and documentary films.

Dan Rather announces Giuliani has “flight data recorder” from WTC

Another on-air oddity from Dan Rather:
Observations:
- Rather’s language suggests he has knowledge of a news clip in custody of CBS in which Giuliani “holds up” what he claims is a “flight data recorder” from the WTC wreckage.
- Rather introduces this clip, but immediately a BBC-style “technical problem” prevents its being aired.
- Giuliani would not make such an announcement to the national media casually–much less “hold up” the object in question–without confirmation that what had been found was indeed a “flight data recorder” and not the remains of some other electronic appliance from the debris.
This episode supports claims by FDNY personnel and an NTSB “insider” that the WTC “black boxes” were in fact found, and suggests the actual moment the blackout curtain descends on this matter in the corporate media.
Like his brief echo of the George Washington Bridge “bomb van”, this appears to be another telling, quickly muted, never-corrected departure from the official narrative by Rather, giving further context to his ominous comments about the “flaming necklace” of “lack of patriotism” inflicted upon free-thinking journalists after 9/11.
Does anyone, anywhere have video or a transcript of Giuliani making such an announcement?
Is there any follow-up to Rather’s intro in the archives?
